Mr. Bukenya David serves as the University Librarian and Director of Information Services at Uganda Christian University, overseeing all library operations, digital resources, and information technology initiatives across all UCU campuses.
With over 20 years of experience in academic librarianship, Mr. Bukenya is committed to advancing research excellence and student success through modern library services and technology integration.
His leadership focuses on creating hybrid learning environments that blend traditional library space with cutting-edge digital discovery tools, ensuring that UCU students and faculty have access to world-class academic resources.
